All Salty Chick LLC products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at saltychickllc@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo clearly showing the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
